Beautiful 6-people holiday home with swimming pool in Tuscany – part of Borgo La Casa in the Casentino Valley near the medieval towns Poppi and Bibbiena with Arezzo and Florence not too far away.
Casa Sei is a spacious holiday home, built in an authentic style, using wrought iron ornaments. The house has spacious terraces on the east, south and west side, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine (or shade). In addition, the property is in the immediate vicinity of the Borgo La Casa swimming pool.
The house has floor heating on both the ground floor and the upper floor. In addition, all the 3 bedrooms are equiped with air conditioning.

Ground floor: entrance, toilet, kitchen, utility room, spacious living room with a fireplace and entrance to the terrace.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 210 cm) and one bedroom has two single beds (90×210 cm). Each bedroom has a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and double sinks.
In addition, each bedroom has air conditioning.
Interior of Casa Sei
- General: The house is furnished with antiques combined with a modern seating area around the fireplace, handmade wrought iron beds and custom made bathroom furniture. On the ground floor the house has cotto tiles (in the living room, utility room and entrance) and granite tiles in the kitchen and the toilet. In the bedrooms, located on the upper floor, a parquet floor has been installed. The bathrooms feature beautiful tiling.
- Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances (fridge, freezer, oven/microwave, gas hob and dishwasher), Philips coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, pan set, 8-piece crockery/cutlery and storage boxes.
- Washing/drying: The Bosch washing machine and the Bosch dryer are located in the laundry room (lavanderia) in the main house (Casa Principale). Upon arrival you will receive a key of the laundry room, which allows you to use the washing machine and the tumble dryer. You will find an English instruction manual in the lavanderia.
- Outdoor furniture: at arrival you will find outdoor furniture and a large umbrella on your private terrrace.
- Additional garden furniture: In the lavanderia you will find additional garden furniture, which you can use.
