La Casa is originally a farmhouse in Tuscany with two annexes: a cowshed and a pig stable. Now it is a spacious villa with two well equipped holiday villas and a heated swimming pool of 6×14 meters. It is located on 32 hectares of agricultural land and forest on a hillside near the Arno River, close to Bibbiena in the Casentino Valley in Tuscany. The views from Borgo La Casa are beautiful: first and foremost the view on the castle ‘Castello dei Conti Guidi’ in the medieval town of Poppi and secondly the course of the Arno river with the old town of Bibbiena on the other side of the river and in the background the impressive forests of Pratomagno and the Casentino National Park, one of Italy’s largest natural areas.

Restoration of Borgo La Casa
From 2008 to 2011, the more than 250 year old farm ‘La Casa’ has been carefully restored and the annexes have been replaced by two spacious and comfortable holiday villas: Casa Quattro, suitable for 4 people and Casa Sei, suitable for 6 people.
The main house (Casa Principale) is used as a holiday home by our family.
It was our passion to restore Borgo La Casa in such a way that we would meet the contemporary requirements for a stay in a holiday villa and at the same time retaining the traditional character of the property. With this we would offer our guests a wonderful holiday stay under the Tuscan sun.
